Cuvée Clémence Entre-Deux Mers 2021 Bordeaux Blanc
Cheval Quancard’s “Cuvee Clemence” sees 6 months of neutral oak and is comprised of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon & 10% Muscadelle.
It wafts from the glass with scents of ripe oranges, tropical fruits, vanilla bean and spice. Those give way to flavors of tangerine, apricot, apple and hints of nutmeg. The wine displays impressive weight, complexity and long lasting finish for it’s low price.
Pair it with herb roasted chicken, salmon in a garlic cream sauce, pasta primavera, or smoked white fish.
