Cusumano’s “Angimbé” bursts from the glass with wide ranging array of aromas an flavors. Take in fresh flowers, rich pithy Meyer lemon, orange oil, grilled pineapple, and honey on a full-body with just enough acidity to keep it bright on your palate. Angimbé is a blend of 70% Insolia and 30% Chardonnay. The grapes are hand-selected in a cool but sunny microclimate in the vineyards of Ficuzza, whose nearby woods are named Angimbé. The big personality and tropical flavors are delicious with grilled fish or a veggie quiche.
