Corvidae crafts terrific varietal-driven wines in Washington State. Their 2019 Syrah is sourced from Outlook, Elerding, Red Willow, and Union Gap within the Yakima Valley, Washington. It displays classic Syrah notes of violets, smoky blueberries, black currant, lush blackberries, and a hint of vanilla spice. It is a more reserved style than most American Syrah grown in California.
