Cora Pinot Grigio 2022, Abruzzo, Italy
Cora drinks better than most everyday-able Pinot Grigios. It hails from Colline Pescaresi, on central Italy’s Adriatic coast, making it a richer and riper style than examples from the far north. Cora was sustainably grown in chemical-free estate vineyards. This 2022 is zippy, with lemon zest and peach on a light body with a vibrant acidity. Best enjoyed outdoors with your feet up. Grilled fish and caprese salad optional.
