Colonia las Liebres Bonarda is medium-bodied with a bold personality. Enjoy plush and ripe black cherries with an earthy accent. It opens up nicely with air to display a violet note. Colonia las Liebres is a part of the Altos las Hormigas winery. The organically farmed vineyards are located in Luján de Cuyo. It was vinified in stainless steel and concrete. The Bonarda grape in Argentina is identical to California’s Charbono varietal, and is different from Italian Bonarda.
