Cherry House Rosé , Paso Robles, California 2021

This wine is a joy to drink, and is best enjoyed out of doors.  Cherry House is a super delicious and  expressive rosé made in a very New World style.  We would still call this a dry wine, but it’s by no means austere.  It gushes from the glass with extroverted strawberries, cherries, and watermelon Jolly Rancher.  It maintains a balance, though, and its impact is distributed over cheerful  aromas, a juicy mid-palate, and a pleasant finish.  It is composed from a blend of Grenache and Carignan.
