Century Oak’s Cabernet Sauvignon is estate grown and aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.  It has quite a bit of oak, lending layers of  vanilla, coconut, and spice, to flavors of red currant jam and ripe black cherries. 2016 drinking well now with its time in the bottle, and it’s super for the price.  The tannins are still grippy, so grill up some steaks for this one!
