Nicchia is currently run by the third generation of the Carafoli family. This Lambrusco offers a moderate level of sweetness with notes of black plums, cherry and currants. Clocking in at a low 8.5% alcohol, it’s a perfect afternoon sipper or aperitif. Enjoy chilled with prosciutto, salami or barbecue. It is comprised of the varieties Sorbara, Salamino, Marani, and Grasparossa.
