This is a terrific expression of Vermentino from a prominent winery located in southern Sardinia.  It is expressive and bright while having a plush texture.  Enjoy intensely fresh and fruity flavors with a floral accent.  It is unoaked and driven by citrus, pears, herbs, and crushed stones.  You can easily match this wine with richer fish such as halibut or even chicken tacos, fennel-spiced pork sausages, or pesto.
