Bohigas Brut Reserva is a classic Spanish Cava from the Penedès region in Catalunya . This traditional method sparkler is crafted from a blend of 55% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, which are all indigenous varieties. Its fine bubbles carry scents reminiscent of flowers, green apple, peach, and brioche to your nose. It unfolds generous and fine flavors of crisp lemon, pear, and almond on a well-balanced and medium body. Bohigas possess a lingering finish. The fruit is organically farmed and all estate. This wine aged for 24 months on its lees in bottle, longer than Cava’s legal minimum. It pairs excellently with a wide range of foods, from light tapas and seafood to creamy pasta dishes or as an aperitif.
