Paso a Paso’s organic Tempranillo is bold and flavorful. It aged 6 months in second and third vintage French oak barrels. Look for scents of smoke-accented black currants and cherry compote along with suave floral, vanilla, and toasty graham cracker undertones. The mid palate is medium bodied with velvety tannins.
