Borsao is a reliable producer crafting delicious Garnacha-based wines in Campo de Borja, where this grape especially thrives. Enjoy copious juicy red cherries and strawberry jam on the round palate, with a lifted perfume. With a low acidity and soft tannins, there are no hard edges in this wine. It was vinified entirely in stainless steel.  When you dive into this bottle, be sure to swirl it around in your glass for an extra minute, as it opens up nicely.  Borsao Garnacha is yummy on its own and good for a casual burger night, too.
