This Patagonian Sauvignon blanc is fresh and clean.  Its aromas and flavors are reminiscent of fresh lemon and green apple supported by honey and herbs.  While light-bodied, there is some plumpness on the mid-palate.  Bodega del Fin del Mundo is the first and largest winery in Patagonia’s up-and-coming Neuquén region. The estate was founded in 1999 with assistance from the renowned winemaking consultant Michel Rolland.  Sip this with chevre, green veggies, or any fish dish that you would squeeze lemon onto.
