Bodega Akutain Rioja Cosecha 2019

The Akutain Cosecha is comprised of mostly Tempranillo with a small percentage Garnacha, hand-harvested from the family parcels, fermented in fiberglass vats with native yeasts and a short maceration, and raised over winter in fiber glass vats before being bottled without filtration or fining. A delicious joven wine to pair with a variety of tapas, and a great example of pure Rioja Alta terruño.
