Bianca Vigna Prosecco

Bianca Vigna winery is a family affair. It all started when Elena Moschetta created the winery in 2004 with her brother Enrico. Elena handles the administrative and marketing side while Enrico does the farming and winemaking. The wine itself is actually named after Elena’s daughter, Bianca. Bianca Vigna Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes sourced from the hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo. Everything is harvested by hand before being gently pressed and fermented in typical Prosecco fashion. Bianca Vigna displays classic Prosecco flavors of apple, peach and light citrus, but is drier on the palate than most, leading into a refreshing finish of ripe melon and flowers.
