Astica Chardonnay 2021, Argentina

Astica’s unoaked Chardonnay is a very tasty wine for its humble price. It is atypical for the varietal, so don’t think “Chardonnay” with this one.  Charming floral aromas lead into flavors of pear and apple on a dry, light-to-medium body. The respectable Trapiche winery makes this Astica label for their delicious value-priced wines.  It is fun, fresh, and enjoyable on its own. You could also pair it with a caesar salad or carry out sushi.
