Modelled after our award winning Alpine Gin, Jasper captures the essence of the mountains by distilling Juniper, Spruce Tip, Sage, Lavender, Bitter Roots and Lemon. We substitute our traditional alcohol base with a water based distillate. The water vapors still capture the essential oils of our botanicas hanging in a ”gin basket.” The water reacts differently than alcohol, but we collect a spirit free of alcohol, yet full of flavor. Jasper Gin Alternative is finished with vegetable glycerin for improved mouthfeel and citric acid for brightness and preservation.
