He farms 3.5 Ha of vines scattered across Vrigny, Chenay, Janvry and Gueux which are a combination of vines he inherited from his family and some that he rents and farms himself. This bottling is 100% Pinot Meunier, farmed biodynamically and aged 3 years in demi-muids. This fabulous wine is very minimallly sulfured, with only 12mg/L at bottling
