On Monday, June 10, we are excited to have winemaker Guillaume Gonnet presenting four of his wines to you!

Here’s what he’ll be pouring:

1. G. Gonnet Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé 2023 $12.99
2. G. Gonnet Vacqueyras Blanc “La Sauvage” 2022 $22.98
3. G. Gonnet Vacqueyras “Le Sauvage” 2021 $21.98
4. G. Gonnet Châteauneuf-du-Pape “Bel Ami” 2021 $35.98

Guillaume Gonnet wines are the realisation of he and his wife Kelly’s dream to explore the potential of Southern Rhône grape varieties in varing terroir in the South of France, and around the world. Guillaume and Kelly purchased their own plots in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 2015. With their vines, and selected parcels, Guillaume continues to produce wine that reflects his philosophy for winemaking — minimal interference with the “terroir effect” by following biodynamic agricultural principles, ensuring the wine is the right blend of Southern Rhône varieties — Grenache, Syrah and Mouvèdre, to attain complexity, balance and soft, elegant tannins and following an approach to aging using very little wood influence.
