This caviar is milder and more buttery than traditional Beluga, with earthy and nutty tones from premium Siberian sturgeon. Its large and firm, silky and firm-textured beads have a brownish-grey color. This unique delicacy combines the size and flavor profile of Beluga with the faster production of Siberian sturgeon, adding decadence to any meal.
Medium to large grain “Malossol” caviar. The amber-brown to olive colored pearls have hints of gold and chestnut. A crowd favorite, this rich caviar perfectly balances crisp ocean brine with decadent French butter for the ultimate caviar indulgence.
Both available in 50 and 100 gram tins.
