We are excited to feature tastes of 4 different vintages (02, 05, 15, 16) of Louis Roederer Cristal Brut, plus the Collection 245.

The wines will be paired with five different Altima Caviars showcasing the different quality tiers and diversity of flavors. There will be charcuterie and snacks in addition to the caviar bites. (This will not be a full dinner.)

Siberian (Madagascar) – Medium-sized pearls, dark brown to black, delicate pop, briny, robust, and long finish.

Amber Oscietra – Brownish with amber hue, medium-large-sized pearls, nutty, creamy & mild, firm pop

Beluga Hybrid – Charcoal gray, medium-sized pearls, earthy, nutty & buttery, silky & firm pop.

Gold Imperial Osetra – Large-sized pearls, golden color, extra firm pop, mild, nutty, and buttery.
