Jouves & Croisille Pur Jus 2023, Orange Wine, France

A lighthearted blend of 25% Colombard, 25% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Chardonnay, all organically grown.  It is clarified and has some color and phenolic bitterness from macerating 3 weeks on the skins, but is not a very orange hue.  Look for aromas and flavors of tangerine and chamomile.
