Savart champions Pinot Noir based Champagnes grown in the mineral rich soils of Montagne de Reims. This Champagne comes from a premier cru terroir on the Montagne de Reims, more precisely in Ecueil. It saw 10-month maturation in oak casks with no stirring, and an extra-brut dosage of 0-6g per liter.
