Cocktail of the day
A classic from the International Bartenders Association, with bottles from our shelves.
From your kitchen: 50 ml White Peach Puree.
Stir the peach purée and the Prosecco gently with ice in a mixing glass and pour into a chilled flute. Glass: Chilled flute glass.
Recipe: International Bartenders Association, iba-world.com. The bottles are our suggestion from today's shelf (for Champagne, the least expensive); any bottle of the same kind works.
