This cheerful bistro white is a blend of 40% Grenache Blanc, 35% Colombard, and 25% Rolle (a.k.a. Vermentino), all organically grown. It greets you with a nose brimming with flowers, citrus, and green apple. It is just as expressive on the light to medium bodied palate; look for apple, citrus and melon with a lengthy finish. L’Hérault is situated in the Languedoc. Château Guilhem is a family-run winery dating back to 1791 in the L’Hérault zone of the Languedoc. Moulin de Gassac is unoaked and quite food versatile.
