Root:1 Cabernet Sauvignon offers up aromas of black currant jam and tea leaves that give way to flavors of plum, blackberries, mocha, and vanilla on a medium body with smooth tannins.  It is quite good for an everyday quaffer. The sun-drenched Maipo Valley is home to world-renowned Cabernet Sauvignon with rich color and full body. Root:’s example is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah.  70% of the wine aged for 10 months in oak , half French and half American.  This Cabernet Sauvignon’s ripe and full-bodied flavors pair well with grilled sausages, burgers, and roasted vegetables.
