T. Henry Ransom Alembic Brandy 22 Years Old, Oregon – 375mL
T. Henry Ransom distilled this unique brandy from Willamette Valley Pinot Noir grapes in their direst-fire French Alembic pot still way back in 1999. The brandy then matured in French oak barrels that previously held Pinot Noir. Pale mahogany in the glass with a beguiling nose including rich aromas of toffee, cacao, and orange peel. the palate possesses tremendous concentration, with complex flavors of madeira-soaked cake, black mission figs, puerh tea, and cigar box. This was a tiny production– only 480 half bottles were produced.
