Domaine Vacheron Sancerre 2022
The Vacheron family produce exceptionally fine Sancerre. This is a vibrant and focused expression of biodynamically grown Sauvignon Blanc sourced from hillside vineyards around the town of Sancerre, with a mix of chalk and flint (silex) soils. a portion of the wine saw some also oak influence in large, used barrels. Look for aromas of grapefruit zest that give way to flavors of lemons, limes, crisp pears, and minerally sea salt on a light body.
