Rosé of Cabernet Franc and Gamay from two very diverse sites in Mendocino County and the El Dorado Hills. 58% Cab Franc and 42% Gamay. Picked early and whole cluster pressed to stainless steel for fermentation to preserve bright acidity and freshness. Rested in neutral barrique for 6 months. Pure stone and earth, elegant pink coral hue with a perfumed nose of white nectarine, strawberry, tarragon and chamomile.
