Gonnet “Le Reveur” 2022 Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc

We love Gonnet’s “ Le Reveur” Rouge, and its white counterpart is wonderfully charming.  This is a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache blanc, and 30% Roussanne all vinified in stainless steel.  It offers more dimension than a simple refreshing hit.  You will find expressive layers of apricots and white flowers intermixed with waxy yellow apple and grapefruit tied to the acidity.  It offers a plump mouthfeel and medium body.  A terrific value, this wine is perfect with an omelet or frittata for dinner.
