This is a unique blend of four native and international varietals: 55% Cortese, 24% Chardonnay, 16% Sauvignon, and 5% Timorasso.  Flavorful and dry, look for aromas and flavors of yellow and red apples, underripe white peach, lemon curd, and minerals. It is medium bodied with a pleasant finish.
