This Bordeaux Blanc is impressively high quality wine for its humble price. Cuvée Marguerite is a simultaneously bright and creamy blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. It jumps from the glass with layered aromas of meyer lemon, pineapple, fresh coconut, and pear blossom. Rich flavors of lemon curd are accented by a juniper-like high tone and give way to a long and elegant finish. Serve alongside arugula salad with lemon and Parmesan, or white fish with beurre blanc.
