Pavette Pinot Noir 2020, Central Coast, California

We were quite impressed with Pavette. Pinot Noir is a tricky varietal to cultivate, so it is especially challenging to find good ones at everyday price points. This one is a must-try! It is a delicious Pinot Noir bursting with cherries and brambly raspberries on a light to medium-body.  The tannins are velvety.  You can gulp this down on its own, or serve it with salmon, tuna, and mushroomy dishes.
