Cocktail of the day
A classic from the International Bartenders Association, with bottles from our shelves.
From your kitchen: 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice; 15 ml Sugar Syrup.
Shake everything but the Champagne with ice, strain into a Champagne flute, top with the Champagne and stir gently. Glass: Champagne flute.
Recipe: International Bartenders Association, iba-world.com. The bottles are our suggestion from today's shelf (for Champagne, the least expensive); any bottle of the same kind works.
