Domaine Tariquet Sauvignon Blanc, Côtes de Gascogne 2018
This Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific white wine for warm weather. It is aromatic, fresh, and intensely citrusy. You will find it to be easy-drinking, since it is not too high in alcohol, at 11.5%.
Domaine Tariquet, located in Gascony in the South West of France, has been owned by the Grassa family since 1912. Their wines are all estate grown. If the Tariquet name sounds familiar, they are also a respected Armagnac producer. The Grassa family manage their vineyards sustainably
Kick your feet up and enjoy this refreshing wine on its own, or pair it with goats’ milk cheese, asparagus, or a green salad.
