This is a serious rosé with plenty of structure to stand up to food, though you can certainly enjoy it on its own.  And you  get to try something off the beaten path: this is made entirely of organically grown Limniona from Thessaly, on Greece’s central Aegean coast. Limniona has been used for making wine for 2,000+ years, but is nearly extinct.  For this wine  Here it’s picked a touch early to retain freshness and given 8 hours of skin contact to develop a shimmering pale pink color. This rosé is medium-bodied, flavorful, and dry.  You’ll find strawberries and raspberries on the nose, and a broad palate incorporating orange peel, cranberries, and minerals.
