This delicious Barbera was vinified in stainless steel and aged in a mix of barriques, large barrels and steel tanks for approximately 12 months. It is ruby red in hue and offers aromas and flavors of juicy red cherries with accents of minerals and vanilla.  It is medium-bodied, and dry with a snappy acidity and soft tannins. Vietti’s Barbera can carry you through a whole meal. Pair it with appetizers, grilled vegetables, soups, stews, pasta, veal, pork, chicken with light sauces.
