M.A.N. Chenin Blanc is expressive with vibrant aromas of mandarin orange, blossoms, and pear. On the medium-bodied palate, you will be charmed by ripe flavors of peach and apple. A vibrant acidity balances out the lush fruitiness and gives way to lingering minerals on the finish. The price-to-quality ratio is strong. Hailing from unirrigated bush vines, only the free-run juice was used for this wine, with no pressing of the skins. The wine was vinified in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 3 months for a richer mouthfeel. Enjoy this South African Chenin on its own, or alongside a myriad of dishes. It is quite versatile with winter veggies, poultry, and creamy sauces.
