Invidious white is intense, exuberant, and delicious.  It is a light-bodied blend of Verdejo, Viura, and Sauvignon Blanc that bursts from the glass with citrus zest and juicy, ripe peaches.  You will also find notes of kumquats, papaya, and grapefruit.  This is super refreshing for sipping in the sun, or served with sushi, green salads, fish tacos, or rice noodles with peanut sauce.
