Paleokerisio is a semi-sparkling and off-dry orange wine with only 10.5% Alcohol. It is produced from the indigenous white wine grape variety Debina with the addition of a small percentage of the red variety Vlahiko. This is fun and unusual, and delicious with salty cheeses.
