Here’s a little something to help you get through dry January when you wish for a glass of wine without the after-effects.  This Sauvignon Blanc underwent fermentation to unlock the flavor of wine, and then underwent a process to remove its alcohol.  A spinning cone column utilizes distillation in a vacuum without subjecting the wine to high temperatures or pressures that can damage delicate aromas and flavors.  This displays real New Zealand typicity and varietal character.  Look for zippy aromas of lemon, lime, and passionfruit.  It has mouth-watering brightness and finishes crisp and dry.
