Now here’s a wine that over-delivers! The grapes for the Forage Shiraz are sourced from vineyards in the Riverland and Langhorne Creek. These appellations have been growing Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon for over a century. The Riverland fruit contributes bright flavors like raspberry, sour cherry, and red currant. The Langhorne Creek fruit provides a hint of spice and gives more depth to the wine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel then spent a modest amount of time in French oak giving this Shiraz soft, silky tannins.
