Château Nénin is a great Pomerol “vin de garde” for laying down in your cellar. It combines power and elegance, complexity and balance, purity and refi nement. The gradual increase of Cabernet Franc within the vineyards gives the wine tautness, distinction and freshness. It ia a blendof Merlot 70% and Cabernet Franc 30%. Look for a perfumed nose of crushed stones, blackberries and violets. It is medium-to full-bodied with very fine tannins and fresh, minerally undertones. it’s finish is very long, with accents of bitter chocolate that turn to hazelnut and cocoa bean. Tightly wound now, be patient until at least 2025.
