Chais Saint-Laurent Touraine “Les Jarriers” 2022, Loire
Chais St. Laurent’s Touraine is an elegant and well-balanced expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Stylistically, it is restrained, minerally, and Sancerre-like. Enjoy refreshing aromas and flavors of fresh lemon juice, lemon zest with a hint of wet stone. It was vinified in stainless steel with a 6 months rest on its lees to pick up a bit more depth. This Touraine is an excellent accompaniment for fresh goat cheese, asparagus, and shrimp scampi.
