Welcome spring with this delicious and extroverted white Rhône.  It is a bit of a rarity since only 5% of plantings in the Rhône Valley are white grapes.  Cuvée Laura is an organically and estate-grown blend of 85% Viognier and 15% Grenache Blanc.  It jumps from the glass with tremendous aromas of roses and yellow peaches. The generous palate offers plush layers of peach, mango, honeysuckle, and tangerine with a mild acidity and a touch of minerals. This is an awesome match for omelets and richer poultry and fish dishes that feature roasted fruit or fruit-based sauces.
