Auspicion is one of the newest releases from the Opici Wines company. Although they aren’t a tiny company by any means, sometimes they create small runs of really spectacular wines. Just 2,500 cases of the Auspicion Sauvignon Blanc were made from a combination of Monterey and Sonoma fruit. The grapes were harvested and fermented separately, both in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, before being blended and bottled. Classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors make this an incredibly enjoyable white for the summer. Bright citrus fruits meld with tropical aromas leading to a crisp and refreshing finish.
